Im an animal lover, so obviously the dog grabbed my attention. I like how the photographer showed the objects at the bottom of the photo, so we could be able to see the rest of the land. I think that this was of the top 40 because the dog has an emotional impact of his owners death, indicating that animals have feelings, and are attached to their owners even after death.

I loved how she was positioned in front of the guards with the flower. The flower indicated peace to me, while the guards are on the other side are thinking the opposite of peace. Also the lady's face expression means alot it looked pleasing, calm, and soft, almost like her side is bringing light to the world and the guards are bringing darkness to the world with their serious face. I liked how the photographer chose to show all the guards and the lady. This photo was probably chosen to be top 40 because of the closeup and their position, and how the picture speaks for itself so well.

His face expression and the ear piece caught my attention. My first reaction was "hes hearing music through headphones for the first time", but hes actually hearing for the first time. I liked how the photographer chose to do a close up of the boys' face to catch his face expression. I think this made it to top 40 because the boy was able to hear for the first time using the ear piece. It probably got a lot of peoples sympathy.
